Description of Services
Shiatsu Massage
Shiatsu is a
Japanese style of massage that works on the concept of
energy flow. The therapist uses finger and palm pressure
along with mild stretches that address specific pressure
points to restore overall balance to the energy flow in
the body. This one hour session is done fully clothed.
Shiatsu calms the nervous system, improves
circulations, relieves stiff muscles, and alleviates
stress.
Aromatherapy Wrap with Energetic
Massage
This wrap incorporates essential oils, heat and
energetic massage techniques to relax and restore you.
Your choice of Muscle Comfort (soothing &quieting) or Awaken
(enlivening & energizing).
Rosemary Body Smoother
Refreshes & invigorates by enhancing circulation and
stimulating lymph flow. Includes a Lavender & Calendula
Hydrating Massage.
Baltic Mud Treatment
Mineral-rich mud from the Baltic Sea soothes aching
muscles and supports detoxification. Includes a
Lavender & Calendula Hydrating Massage.
Zen Face Rejuvenation with Green Tea &
Lime Foot Treatment
Our Face Rejuvenation is the application of aromatic hot
towels and a massage that incorporates key acupressure
points to increase circulation, relax facial muscles and
bring radiance to the face. Your feet are pampered with
applications of hot herbal towels, smoothing scrub and a
mineral rich mud foot wrap, followed with an energizing
foot massage.
Hot Stone Massage
Penetrating warmth using smooth Mexican River Basalt
stones will enhance circulation, reduce muscle aches and
cure those winter blues any time of year!

Our Student Clinic provides the public with an excellent opportunity to receive low cost massage and body work services from our senior students. Our busy Student Massage and Body Work Clinic gives our students real-world experience providing the kinds of treatments and services they will encounter in their profession before they even graduate! Our Clinics are supervised by Academy of Massage Therapy faculty to ensure that students are applying and perfecting the techniques they are being taught. Our prices are approximately 50% of what is charged at a professional facility.
